Hello NYC Green Party members and supporters,

Please join and/or support the Green Party/Talen/ Pechefsky
Team in the 5th annual Develop Don’t Destroy Brooklyn Walkathon
this Saturday.

A few days ago,a bus load of plaintiffs and their supporters went
up to Albany to attend the oral arguments in the Court of Appeals
Case on Eminent Domain. A new lawsuitwas just filed against the MTA.
This is a critical time in the 5 year battle to keep
homes and neighborhoods safe from Forest City Ratner’s greedy hands.

Both David Pechefsky and Rev Billy have strong positions
on this development disaster.
